1 tablet twice a day.

Ingredients
Contents of 2 gelatin tablets: Glucose syrup; sugar; Echinacea purpurea (purple coneflower, extract 45:1) 281 mg; gelatin; concentrated fruit juice; sweetener: sorbitol; vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 60 mg (75 % NRV*); thickener: agar; acidity regulator: citric acid, malic acid, sodium citrate; orange flavor; Echinacea purpurea (purple coneflower, 4 % polyphenols) 12,5 mg; zinc (zinc citrate) 3 mg (30 % NRV*); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 5 μg (100 % NRV*); palm oil. Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 3 years of age. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily  dosing. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Use best  before date indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
